Recycable Paper Film

We have run tests on a number of Bio films in recent months, including a Seaweed based film.

We have just had great results running Roberts Mart’s recyclable PaperForm on our Continuum™ continuous motion VFFS bagging machine.

We tested the film, a 67gsm Clay coated paper with proprietary heat seal coating technology, for one of our customers bagging Pistachio Nuts, running at 60 bags per. minute.

It’s a good film, running without slippage/drag over the Forming set. We think it would make a good bag for Coffee or Potatoes, etc., too.

This paper product can be collected in kerbside collection schemes, so is a good film for sustainable packaging.
