I am pleased to share video of our first installation/integration with our LE250 of the MVZ 1000 short run packaging film printer.
This Belgium company need to bag components in varying configurations of product per. bag. As you will see from the video the product is hand-picked and counted manually. The MVZ controls the bag design to suit the number/type of product per. run at any given time, changing bag design as required.
The MVZ 1000 full-colour printer allows for multiple packaging designs to be included in the on-board software, allowing for the bag design to change as required, live, during the bag filling process.
If you need to produce a short run of bags for multiple customers incorporating their own brand without changing from one film roll to another, this is the solution. The design runs can be as short or long as required. You just program the design changes into the printer for a continuous flow of film.
