Just completed a major refurbishment of two Rovema machines for the nations’ favourite breakfast cereal company. We have cleaned up and utilised the original frame and film loading mechanism but replaced the front plate components such as Jaws and Transport plus completely upgraded the PLC and Electrics.
Our LE250 has always been a popular snacks bagging vffs machine, accommodating as it does, smaller bag sizes in various film types, including paper. This one is shipping for bagging crisps and the machine is option fitted with a label applicator and a printer

A good shot for scale of Tony working on a VFFS bagging machine. That Forming Set will be producing bags with a flat width of 535mm. The machine, based on our LE500, will be used for Multipacks of ice containing 1Kg and 2Kg bags of ice cubes/crushed ice up to 16Kg. I’ll post more as…
